Our Maintenance Programs
Please carefully compare the options in our three maintenance plans.
Proper maintenance is vitally important to ensure that your Wildfire Sprinkler™ system will perform when you need it the most. During the recent Ham Lake Fire in northern Minnesota (which caused over $3 billion in damage), five homes with existing Wildfire Sprinkler Protection Systems™ (WSPS™) were destroyed because their systems were not properly maintained. Given adverse climactic conditions, potential damage from storms or wildlife, and the number of components, it is paramount to have the entire system checked at least once a year at the beginning of the wildfire season (i.e. in early spring).
Our Maintenance program offers three levels of service:
Level 1 Basic Maintenance Services
- Set up and test all engines.
- Perform routine maintenance (check oil, fluids).
- Test and repair all pipes and fittings.
- Check and refill propane cylinders.
- On-site service calls within 48 hours.

Cost: $250 per year, billed either in May or October. Two or more WSPS™ on same property receive a 10% discount on each subsequent WSPS™ ($250 for one WSPS™; $225 for second WSPS™; $200 for third WSPS™).
Level 2 Enhanced Maintenance Services
- Level 1 Basic Maintenance - plus:
- Monthly inspection and testing of the entire system in July and August.
- Retrofit pipes and fitting to adapt to changing water supplies (e.g. low-water levels).
- On-site service calls within 12 hours.

Cost: $400 per year, billed either in May or October. Two or more WSPS™ on same property receive a substantial discount on each subsequent WSPS™ as follows: $400 for one WSPS™; $225 for second WSPS™; $200 for third WSPS™.
Level 3 Premium Maintenance Services
- Includes all Basic Maintenance and Enhanced Services above, plus:
- Monthly inspection and testing of the entire system in June, July, August and September.
- Start WSPS™ during wildfire emergencies1 or prescribed burn(s) which could directly threaten property (implemented as soon as possible, provided no threat to lives of personnel exists).
- When the fire danger remains at High, Very High or Extreme for more than three consecutive days, start and run WSPS™ for up to 12 hours per week until the fire danger returns to Moderate or below.
- Retrofit pipes and fitting to adapt to changing water supplies (e.g. low-water levels).
- On-site service calls within 8 hours.
